IGA Today I got three mini rosebushes in valentine theme containers on clearance for .99 cents. Regular price was 7.99. When the weather warms up will see how they do in the garden.

I bought 4 mini-rose bushes last spring and put them in my garden. It is shaded there. They were still blooming in November. (I paid $5.00 each - which was 1/2 off) You got a GREAT DEAL there!

Got my Special K cereal FPCs in the mail this week. Picked up the boxes that still have the promo codes (harder and harder to find!). PMed 3lb carrots at 1.27$, picked up pasta at .60$ and with 10% discount paid 15c
Loving days like today...and with the warm weather, it made the haul back home more manageable lol

Went to Lococo's to pick up some ribs for dinner on for $2.99 lb and I always check reduced section. Found a box of bananas there (approx 30lbs) reduced to $5 for the box! Bought it and gave some to friends and family! This basket has about 20 lbs in it and is sitting on my dining room table. Gonna freeze some, use some for smoothies and make banana bread. Yummy!

Excellent deal-that reminds me of a deal I got on Bananas several years ago. Again 30 lb boxes for something like 7 cents a pound. I couldn't resist buying 3 and I placed one on my sisters front step and one on a friends front step and waited for them to figure out where they came from-too funny. The other one we ate/froze/baked with etc. We all of course shared our boxes with others. A few months ago I got some free boxes of individual portions of butter and put a box of them on a friends front step.

Also picked up a Chuck remote control toy for just under $5. Was on clearance for $24.xx at TRU - $20 Hasbro coupon (thanks to all the people I traded with BTW). My little guy is going to have a great birthday because of those coupons.

Silly sorta brag~ My sister popped in to help me organise my coupons!!!.. as she was going through them she came across a Toonie and teasingly asks if she can have it. I give her the look that older sisters give younger sisters and she goes.. oh right.. thats a week of groceries!! lol..
