A couple of little free-plus deals at SDM:

3x Cheetos @$5.49 paid for with FPCs =$0 OOP with a personal offer for 7500 points wus $15 and a Cheetos one for 600 pts for every $3, so got back 10740 points incl 240 base. The FPCs originally cost under $1.50 each incl tax.

Same deal except the offer was for free eggs or butter wus $15, so got butter instead of the 7500 points.

Flashfood: 6x 1 lb organic extra lean ground turkey for $2 each. Anyone have a good recipe for this stuff? We haven't used ground turkey or chicken for years except to put in our homemade cat food occasionally when the cost per lb of meat is low enough.

Chili!! @Arjon making a chili using ground turkey or chicken is so clean tasting and delicious. You may also attempt forming homemade meatballs but make sure you add whatever floats your boat with herbs and spices first. Nice deal on the meat!

Last night I had to run to RCCS and I totally scored on the Heinz picnic pack of mustard, relish and ketchup for 1.94. they had really long shelf life (Aug 2024) so i picked up 3 of them. Decided to look at Flashflood and bought Dempster's bagels got 69 cents, then Flashflood had none so they told me to take it from bakery so rather than stuff expiring that day I bought fresh.

Such a silly purchase but it was one of my offers, 2,000 PC points ( limit of ONE x 120 gram KitKat bar ) . They were listed at 2/4.00 but just got one paying $2.59 and got the 2,000 points. Bragged to DS it was a .59 chocolate bar!

The young cashier was kind of blown away that I only paid .59 cents asking me how did I get that deal? That was odd, she should be knowledgeable about the PC points programme.

Scored an unexpected deal for my Folgers Black Silk 30 pack of Keurig pods. Price on shelf was $14.99 ( regularly $19.99 ) then I discovered TWO peelies on 2 of the boxes that saved me another $1.50 on each box. There were sale priced Oasis and DelMonte 1L juice cartons on for .99, as well as pkgs of .99 baby carrots, Tassimo discs for $5.99 ( PLUS 1,000 PC points on each package )
Grabbed six pounds of sale priced Gay Lea butter ( we were down to our last 2 pounds ). Should I have gotten ice cream ( again ) for DH? Aw, it was a decent enough Chapman sale, so yes.

One thing led to another with some price matched blackberries, strawberries and 2 L cartons of Lactancia Pure Filter milk. Stocked up on the .99 cent canned veg and diced tomatoes, relented and got the guys 1 case of root beer and some Arizona Iced Teas. Did I mention their darn cookies? That happened. So, the cart did get topped up but after all was said and done I earned the total spend of $27.50 ( 27, 500 points )

    1 x Family Guard cleaner 4.49 - 2.00 (ws couon) - 2.00 (websaver cash back) = .49 + tax

I think websaver reloaded this offer lately
