My best deal was my pick up today from the local Food box program. I can order once a month...via Trenton Belleville (no limit on orders)
$5 for a fruit bag was pretty good
$10 for a produce bag
It might go up in price based on food costs in the next couple of months.

We had a purchase work out nicely against the odds. When we bought our car new in mid-2020, we took out replacement insurance coverage for the first time. At well over $400 a year, it wasn't cheap, but it gave us some peace of mind even though we knew the insurance company expected, on average, to make a solid profit.
Well, not this time. Recently, our car was in a collision (no injuries whatsoever, thankfully). Fortuitously, this happened less than 2 months before the 5-year limit for the coverage to apply. So this week, we will pick up our replacement vehicle, the 2025 version of the same model, fully paid for by the insurance even though the price is now nearly 70% more than we paid 5 years ago. The payout worked out to roughly 3x what we would have received without this coverage.
To be clear, I'm not recommending replacement coverage. It's an individual decision. Buying it favors the insurer, and to benefit, our car had to be in a collision serious enough to write it off.

Well thankfully everyone is ok @Arjon and congrats on the whole replacement insurance working out for you. I have heard a couple of friends telling us that it worked for them too.

I stopped at two of the discount produce stores in the NE today as I was going by. Celery for 1.28, grapes at 1.68 per lb, romaine hearts 3/1dollar, super large cauliflower for 3.99, broccoli crowns 1.48 per lb. Definitely worth the stop.

5x Rice Krispy squares @ $3 less 5x $1.50 coupons, and with 5x $1.50 back from C51. No tax, so free. Did this on both our accounts. Most or maybe even all will go to the twice per month ice cream social my family sponsors at the senior residence where my mother lives.
Also, 2 more Becel plant butter @ $2 less 2x $2 coupons, which seem to be NLA.

@eataiag
I bought just 2 of them today from NF. The shelf price was $8.00 each but with tax added my OOP was just $2.26
The cashier was gushing over this deal. I told her to download the coupon so she could grab some.

I got two 16.99 haircut coupons in the mail today for Great Clips-the only good junk mail I get. I always wait for them to come before getting my haircut.

I got a really good deal the other day. I was looking for flights to London in Jan for my half world cruise. AC had them for 1249 but when I looked at Westjet they were only 396-I tell you I could not book fast enough to seal that deal. It certainly pays to shop around-of course the flight home from Australia was more costly but that was expected.

@Arjon glad to know that no one was injured. My DH usually like to do the replacement insurance and it worked in his favour when a deer ran into him on the highway.

Good that tax with digital coupons is based on after coupon price unlike manufacturer's coupon
I found out Walmart has these for $3.97 on their next flyer so price match might be possible I would be nervous about trying it if total comes to zero but maybe hide it by buying something else.

@eataiag I was amazed to find one ( the mango scent ) at a different NF this morning for $5.50. They deducted the $5.50 on the receipt and then I bought 2 watermelon ones that had just the 2 refills inside at $9.00 each, and they did deduct $14.00 on the receipt.
In other exciting news, I got a deal on PC frozen sirloin burgers, they were on for $12.00 with a 3,000 points offer.
Then I hit GT up the road to get the 12 large burger buns for $1.95
Lastly I bought a container of 45 Tide Pods for just $15.00 OOP after the 6,000 points went on.Lets just say I drove back home content!
