well I haven't shopped in target yet -so I was going out that way so stopped in -I find their prices high-compared to walmart anyway I price matched
(1)sunlight laundry soap-target sale 4.99-2.00 cpn=2.99
(1) febreeze room spray-target sale price 2.49-1.00 cpn=1.49
(4) snuggle fabric softner exhilaration p.m walmart 4.96-buy 2 save 4.00=after cpn=2.96 each was waiting for a great sale to use these 2 coupons-its a large bottle too
(1) shredded wheat cereal-targets price 2.99 -which is cheap I might add-2.00 cpn=.99
(1) dempster bagels p.m freshco 2.00-1.50 cpn= .50
(1) Tetley 72 tea p.m frescho 2.00-1.00 cpn=1.00-awesome price
(2) vector bars p.m walmart 2.44-1.00 cpn=1.44

saved 17.50 in coupons my bill went from 43.38 down to 25.88


so 2 cashiers call me over -I tell them I am price matching -nope have to go to service desk-I go over there wait behind 3 customers -then I ask her why cant we do it thru the checkouts -well we are a pilot in canada we have to see-then she had to call a supervisor over for my coupons to override each of them -I asked her do you have to -"well
nobody really uses coupons " that much -I told her a lot of us doo -so it took me awhile to get thru -but I am bragging cause of the deals I got price matching

Great deals coupon girl! I did not shop yet at Target myself. If you need to go to CS and then get supervisor approval this is too much headache for me. Good for you to get those deals and thank you for posting.

Which location was that? I'm guessing Upper James or Queenston. Barton is full of amazing clearance deals since it's been open for a while and i've never had a problem with coupons or price matching there.

Great shopping! Love the Tetleytea deal. I too underwent that situation for pming in CS for Dannon yogurt+coupon. It took for me 10 mins for 2 coupons, Target cashiers need to the trained see they will slowly miss awesome customers like us lol.

I have yet to visit our new Target but am very grateful for the head's up on the PM and couponing info. When I do go I'll be sure to ask at the service desk before I start shopping, that way I'm prepared. It's too bad your store is currently "coupon challenged" but hopefully they'll come around to the reality that is couponing.

Target is not very efficient at processing coupons. I was buying two things of Marcelle makeup with two $$ off coupons and the cashier had to page for a supervisor to enter them, like seriously?! Waited 10 mins at checkout since none of them was answering their walkie.

Some US YouTubers post their deals and their disgust when coupon shopping at Target USA. I was really hoping that Target Canada would be better.

I cannot wait to get ours too. I love the American ones, so far no one seems that impressed except a few members, I think they are still getting settled in, and they hired the old Zellers employees I beleive I read somewhere. I think they should have hired need new blood in there to go with new company.

Great deals, sorry you had to go thru that. I used coupons at our Target the first day they opened on July 16 & had no trouble but didn't PM anything lol. Hopefully they get things right in the future.
