I got 3 packages of Royale toilet paper 18 mega rolls (= 48 regular rolls per package) at Target in clearance for $5.48 each earlier this week. They were on 2 different transactions, but only 1 got approved for the receipt with 2 on it. Didn't know if I was wrong to have not done them separate, but now that I've read this, I have emailed them. Thanks for the info

I noticed they are showing certain deals that are filled or cancelled, which is good. That would be my biggest concern. . . .buying something only to find out I won't get the cash back. .

I got 5 pizzas today on one receipt, so I upload my receipt 5 times?, because I uploaded first time, it didn't ask me how many I have got, and it says I just earned $1....so I uploaded the receipt again....then I stop because I don't even know if I should even be doing these......anyone can advise me on it. tia

Hi Cinpow, I did the same with Royal TP last week, bought 5 and uploaded my receipt and just received credit for one. I emailed them and they requested that next time I have multiple of the same item on one receipt I only unload it once and then wait to see if I am credited for all the items.If you don't receive credit for all the items upload the receipt once more and they sort it out.I did it twice this week and it worked perfectly.
On another note, I uploaded two receipts last night and I usually get a confirmation email that they are processing it.I have not received an email that they have received my download however I show that I have two receipts pending. Maybe they are getting overwhelmed because more people are using the app with the great offers lately?

I just received my check from snapsaves and have cancelled my account. Reasons being:
1. have been with them since August and it has taken this long to get to the minimum redemption (whereas using CO51 for approx 9mo, I have reached 10x the amount)
2. the offers are always the same, week after week
3. the bonus offers are in extremely limited quantity, and are often sold out before you can claim them
4. many people seem to be getting produce deals...how/why aren't others receiving similar deals? (frustrating that not everyone has access to these)
I dont want to say this is a bad app, I know they are still in the beta stage and have been making lots of improvements (I just recently was able to get it to work on my android phone).
I may or may not get back into it, depends on the type of changes they make in the future...but for the time being, I dont want to wait half a year to see my savings.

I bought 5 tiger towels reveived credit for 1 I emailed them and asked if I should circle the amount in the guture or upload 5 times. Im sure they will just credit it but I hope they tell what to do for future purchasrs so this doesnt happen. I'll kerp you posted.
