Honestly, the BEST bagel I have ever had - from the Co-op, they are Everything bagels - have seeds and stuff on the outside, the best of which I think is little bits of carmelized onions/garlic maybe? Just having them in the kitchen makes the whole room smell yummy.

Cream of wheat with a banana sliced up in it. Yum!! So simple yet so yummy!

made DH and a triple decker stacked BLT. Used that Wonder sandwich ( very thin ) one, " white poison death bread " I like to call it, buttered, and mayo-ed it up as well. They had a sale on the loaves 3/$5.00 last week and I filled the deep freeze up for him and DD. sigh....my cottage cheese blintzes were washed down with tears of envy....ha ha ha

Taco chicken bowl: 3/4 cup of leftover chicken, one packet of Old El Paso seasoning mix with 2/3 cup water-heated the lot in a saucepan, added two crushed ice cream cups and two tbsp. of Minute Rice. Super spicy but filling! Vitamin drink mix in my water bottle to finish breakfast.

Old Mill quick cook oatmeal with nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar. The morning was chilly.
Vitamin water still to consume in a few minutes-had an early departure today.
