    this morning's breakfast was a bit later than normal.
    I had 2 pieces of gl free toast topped with sauteed mushrooms and split 1 slice of Havarti cheese onto each, then melted it.
    2 c. freshly steamed green beans.
    1 small pot Oolong tea

    I only ate 4 of the 8 small oatmeal/cottage cheese pancakes this a.m. because I had a bit of protein to eat up ( leftover thin slices of sauteed pork... was almost like peameal bacon! ) and had my last mug of the decaf iced coffee that I had brewed and chilled 2 days ago.
    Used my Coconut milk ( dairy free ) creamer.
