I am on a roll for some reason making variations of breakfast wraps using Joseph's Lavash sheets. Only 1/3 of one sheet is used, but first I cut a square off one end of it to place my fried egg on. Then I melt the remaining sheet with feta or Swiss cheese, pile on the sauteed veggies and roll it up. Today's fillings were a scant layer of spinach, then zucchini, snow peas, mushrooms, green onions, and bell peppers.

After a terrible " slip " last night with a Cadbury Wunder bar and some of my homemade carrot cake I felt horrible! Pulled the mini loaves of carrot cakes that I made LAST November from the freezer for DH and DS to have.........but the moistness of them overwhelmed me.
Oh well back on track this morning with my diet breakfast....all is forgiven.

I seemed to have perfected by breakfast " wrap ". ( even though it must be eaten with a knife and fork )
I spread just 40 grams of ricotta OR feta cheese ( I alternate every day ) over one 12 gram square of a Joseph's Lavash sheet, cover that with thin slices of zucchini, mushrooms and Daikon radish. Lots of black pepper, bit of salt.
Then I lay my single fried egg over the veg. I cover it with another 12 gram square of Lavash, press down a bit so the yolk can seep out.
Flip it over and by golly the flavour is wonderful!
A small dish of 0% fat Plain Greek yogurt and berries on the side and a very large black coffee. It's been well over 2 months, and I still love this breakfast!

Smootie I make every morning,it can preserve 1 day in mason jar in the fridge
1 cup of strawberries( sometime I use raspberries)
1 cup of bananas(sometime I use blueberries) you can play with the fruits you like
just make sure to have 2 cups
1 cup of yogurt (plain, vanilla or strawberries) I use vanilla greek yogurt for more proteins
1 teaspoon of honey or more to taste if you have sour fruits
    3 iced cubes
    1 cup of orange juice

blend togheter and voila, very good ..this recipe was passed along by my friend a while ago.if you want to use almond or soy milk instead of the orange juice you need to use less yogurt...very good

Grateful to have recovered ( must have food poisoning ) after my Wednesday night/Thursday morning ordeal. Would not wish that on my worst foe.
Breakfast this morning was a larger than normal serving ( 5 tblsp ) of 0% fat plain Greek yogurt with many grams of diced fruit mixed into it! Yummo!
Then 2 fried eggs on a single slice of Dimpflmeier toast. Black coffee.

Glad you’re doing better today @walkonby

Silk plant based yogurt with granola mixed in, peppermint tea (always my first drink) and vitamins. Now a coffee with silk vanilla frothed ND creamer.

I posted briefly in the tea room this morning about my disappointment and utter confusion when last night I had a repeat of Aug 3rd.
I asked myself is this me or the Universe? I am a safe cook, play by the rules, but something is going on as all I ate was a toasted BLT
with a coffee for my dinner at 5:30 Wed. night. That was it! Within 2 hours I'm doubled over in pain.
Never stopped throwing up until after 1:30 a.m.
UGH!!! I felt well enough to eat a small breakfast today around 9:30 but when I eat now I'm terrified!
