It’s the Tryptophan @walkonby . When I used to eat meat sometimes I’d order the full turkey dinner so I could sleep well that night

lol!! I forgot all about that damn turkey ingredient ! Yep, tryptophan! that was it, plus the extra carbs I ate didn't help.

Mmmmm, leftover pot stickers and pea-meal bacon with lots of yellow mustard on a toasted blueberry bagel, large Keurig ( brewing 2 K cups in my big mug )

this morning was 2 slices toasted raisin bread, 2 perfect fried eggs ( soft yolk ) , 1/2 slice of ham ( leftover from Sunday's dinner ) Large mug of a Keurig dark roast, with cream.
