I reinvented some of last night's leftovers. I sliced zucchini biscuits to make mini sandwiches. I sliced a roasted chicken breast and marble cheese, added mayo and mustard. This with a big glass of milk. I also had some candied pecans that I baked last night.

Lunch is being served in the Smart Canuck Cafe,
Did you know that you can have pizza at any time of day?
Some people like it gooey & some people like it cheesy,
You can customize your pizza, it is really that easy,
Some people like pizza on the meaty side,
& some like tomatoes that are sun dried,
Some like peppers & some people like ham,
& I guess there are even some who like it with spam,
Some people like onions & a crispy crust,
& throw on extra garlic if you feel you must,
Pineapple, mushrooms, anchovies, salami,
It's your very own pizza, so add some pastrami,
I never thought pizza could be comfort food,
But I must say that I'm in a pizza kind of mood!

We had our Thanksgiving meal for lunch. Nice pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. With leftovers, i've got a "shepherd's pie" and the carcass is in the stew pot for Turkey Veg Barley soup.
