    i put a pork tenderloin in spareribs sauce and a chicken in mom's oven.....they were both freezed

    i was supposed to bake the tenterloin yesterday and the chicken today, but there was a beautiful salmon filet at 30% off
    yesterday at maxi, so i postponed the meals...and today they were both ready to cook....

    when ready, the tenderloin can wait tomorrow but the chicken in the look bag will be like bbq-chicken so it's yummier today....and i have some leftover salmon.....

    that's the problem of being far from my family, i could have invite my brothers over for dinner.....
    Thank's to DH who told me the grumpy Garfield was not at all representative of who i am
