so tired now....did up 2 meat meals early this a.m. ( starting in the pressure cooker again ) A batch of thick pork loin chops and then pan fried them up crisp to finish off, and then cooked a roast of beef. The dogs were so happy each getting their long beef rib bone to munch on after.
Did the spuds and whole carrots up in the juices ( in the cooker ), then made a gravy from it.
We are set!
