lunch was at 10:30 a.m. ( partly due to eating nothing after 6 p.m. last night and then just having my large green juice at 7 a.m. )
However.... I was famished ( or so I thought ) so I made a massive stir fry using almost all FREE veggies ( no starchy ones ), but only added 2 ounces of the roasted turkey meat that I had made for the guys on Sunday.
I also grilled up a plate of zucchini and mushroom slices just in case....ha ha
Well I could not move after eating all of that......2 bottles of water on the side.
I added many snow peas, 6 cups bean sprouts, 1 cup water chestnuts, 3 green onions, plenty of celery and leaves, 1/2 a red pepper, and 2 cups broccoli.
Dinner may be as late as the middle of the All Star game.

Going to have a 6" roast beef sub and a coffee.
I'm somewhat allergic to eggs, so this is my meal plan for the kids. I'm not exactly sure what I'll be eating. Breakfast burritos with scrambled eggs and grated marble cheese, sliced fresh fruit, and a glass of milk each.
edit: I'm having an open faced toasted sesame seed bagel with tuna salad and a glass of milk.
BBQ chicken breast ,spaghetti, garlic bread and Diet Pepsi
Last night I cooked up some lean ground beef, added fresh onions, peppers, mushrooms and tomato based sauce over fresh cooked pasta.
The oldest doesn't like pasta so I defrosted already cooked taco meat and had peppers, lettuce and shredded cheese ready for him.
They finished off the Costco sized container of blueberries (thanks to my sister :) ) and clementines.
Tonight is date night so not sure what my man is making but I have half a package of lean beef to make into burger patties that we will cook up for kids for quick snacks.
Sub of the day with a coffee
hotdogs and apple cookies
1/2 lamb chop ( well 3 oz cooked ) with sauteed mushrooms, 2 of my gluten free homemade blintzes with Greek Yogurt and diced apple and cinnamon on top.
Half a chicken caesar wrap
Left over chicken stir fry and rice with an iced tea.
Burger and coke.
Slow cooked, Asian styled pork chops and baked rice.
