put tuna/celery/mayo on 1 slice gluten free toast and the rest on half a gluten free bagel. 2 bottles of water.
Leftover rice & pork.
Nachos with medium salsa and a diet Pepsi.
Ceasar salad ,BBQ chicken breast..Diet Pepsi for dessert banana 🍌

sauteed a lovely basa fillet coated with gluten free crumbs, broccoli, snow peas and red pepper sides.

Kd with a hot dog and bottle of water.
basa fillet number 2 for lunch today! ( I had sauteed the 3 of them up yesterday ), had it with a quickie all veg stir fry and a cup of fresh homemade borscht. ( sans the dollop of sour cream...sigh )
Leftovers: pork steak, unsweetened applesauce, 1/2 a baked potato, creamy dill sauce, a slice of bread, and a glass of milk. Part of my DQ Georgia mud fudge blizzard for dessert.
