We had meatball sandwiches. They are what DH used to order at Subway all the time. Then I started to make up extra meatballs whenever I made spaghetti. I use an oversized hot dog bun, melt cheese on one half of it, put spaghetti sauce on the other with a bit of hot pepper and onion then sprinkle it all with parmesan cheese. He likes it better than Subway and it costs about 1/3rd as much. Now what to do with the three lonely leftover meatballs? Too good for the dogs!

Baked haddock au gratin, mashed potatoes and peas.
