I am giving out treat bags that have a bag of chips, two small bars, a lollipop and a juice box. My favorite it the original flavored Lays chips. Yum. Never been tricked, lol, not yet anyway.

I'm giving out those mini chocolate bars. Not very inventive, but then I can eat whatever is left over. LOL

We give out treats.
Question.... how many treats does one give out to each child. One candy, two candies, or three candies???

I think it depends on your area, and the 'size' of your treats.
If you only get a few children, then maybe 2 or 3.
I get over a hundred, so I only give out 1 each.
Personal preference.

The last couple years we gave out full chocolate bars because I found great deals. This year I didn't find any great deals so I picked up a few packs of those lik-a-stick things (they are the big packages I found in the US). I got 50 packs. Pure sugar I know but I remember those were always really popular when I was younger.
We usually don't get a lot of tricker treaters but I grabbed a big box of chocolates as back up in case we get more than the usual 40-50.

It's out first Hallowe'en at this house and neighbourhood, so we have no idea as to the numbers who will come, so that could be tricky.
We have chips and cheese popcorn (the only treat I have already dug into, it's yummers!); tootsie roll pops, assorted tootsie candies, Popeye candy sticks.
If need be, I have other candy to give out.
My faves are those candy sticks - they are the bomb! They taste just like the candy cigarettes of my childhood. Of course, love the mini chocolate bars - Oh Henry, Snickers, KitKat, Coffee Crisp, Crunchie, Smarties...
Am I the last person left on earth who actually likes candy kisses - those molasses candies? I like to have a few of them - but not enough to buy a full bag for myself.
Never did any tricking. About five years ago, our house got egged - no reason why - and gosh is that a disgusting mess to clean up when it's frozen.

I go to the Dollar store and purchase the big loot bags that the parents buy for the kids to use for candy collection. Then I fill each bag to the top with all full size treats, pop, full size bars( about 6 different kinds) full size bags of chips and tons of suckers, bubble gum, etc.....
Needless to say once this got out, the kids Didnt even bothering bring a bag to my door. And they started to arrive in droves when they told their friends about the crazy lady that gave out insane amounts of candy.Just call me Wolfie
