Laundry stuff like it's going out of style!

Once again, I used up some coups before they expired. I had actually just went out to get some Gain on sale at WM cause Mr. Fancy Pants here loves the smell of it and snuggle isn't good enough (). Anyway my stockpile of free snuggle and sunlight was nearing the end of it's life so I had to restock. Last week I got a couple Tides on sale and this week I got:

WM
8x Gain --> Reg 5.97- sale 3.96 minus 9$ in various coupons (1$ and 2.50 wub2) = about 2.95 each (savings of 3$ each)
** I'm saying about cause I'm not sure of the exact price and i had different coupons..

Loblaws
4x La parisienne fabric softener Sale 3.99 - 1$ coups = 2.99 each

SDM (today)
Went in just to get stamps and walked by and saw the Downy on sale. I looked in my coupons just by curiosity to see if I had coupons and I did and they were expiring in 4 days ! It wasn't the best deal, but they were good coupons and I was in stocking mode for this particular product. Plus doesn't Downy smell sooooo good ????

4x Downy Reg: 8.99 Sale: 6.99 - 3$ WUB2 = 5.49 each(still a bit expensive but still a savings of 3.5 dollars a bottle.

So I'm stocked up for a little bit so now I just need more Gain coupons and I can actually wait for a completeley FABULOUS sale and load up like a cray cray

Way to go..There is something theraputic about stocking up on laundry stuff, maybe it is just me....I guess it's just me.

Someone had kindly posted (I'm sorry I forget who), the member went to GT and mentioned the Gain dryer sheets at regular price was 1.29 and I wanted to check it out. It is probably a small count but if we have a dollar coupon off, 29 cents plus tax (if applies) I never remember..can be a good stock-ip price. Love gain too.

Thank you for sharing....enjoy your new laundry stock-pile...like dishwasher tabs, never pay full price and always have loads...and loads ahead.

Right on! Isn't that the truth- you can get oodles of super cheap laundry soap but when it comes to fabric softener, it's not the same. I missed out on good sales with coupons recently because I didn't get my coupon booklet, and my snuggle coupons have mostly been for the new super scented stuff when I buy unscented. Of course unscented is always hard to find, sometimes excluded in sales, a different size so it's harder to price match...
