Shortbread cookies, they were kinda yucky. butter, corn starch and icing sugar.. thats it! they were hard to handle (the dough was either too soft or too hard) and they made my tummy hurt

I made 4 small loaves of artisan bread.....sort of. I think my yeast was too old and it didn't rise like it should have. Also would have helped if I had checked to make sure I had all purpose flour, I only had 1c. and I needed 4 so had to substitute whole wheat. I

In a few days I'm making oatmeal cookies for a family BBQ on the long weekend.

I made my own granola the other day. It was so easy! I made mine with honey, cinnamon, and a bit of vanilla extract. Then I put it in the oven until it was nice and brown. Delicious.

I baked pizza for my friends..they were leaving for another city so i gave it to them as a snack for their journey.

That is because it is a complete meal!, well as long as you have coffee.

The possibilities are endless as far as what goes in them, and they can be made in no time at all. They help to get lazy people out of bed on the weekends ( the smell forces their bodies to rise )

I have plans for baking things, but our household plans keep changing.

I just found out that our reception location will allow us to bring our own dainties for the late night lunch. I would greatly appreciate some input. What are some dainties that you would suggest? We would like to be able to bake and freeze in advance.
