No for the jerky for me, That was the other thing I forgot to answer.
Armygirl, have you seen this? As a pug person, I thought you might appreciate or not appreciate it
! My girls found this is one of the christmas toy ads, and because we have a 1/2 pug, they feel that they need one now, ugh!

Just finished cleaning out the closet to see what we may or may not need this year and i think we'll be ok. At one of the consignment sales I go to bi-yearly, last winters sale I managed to find a huge pile of mitts and hats at 10c a piece so I stocked up for a bit

Kitchen items- the only i can thing of off hand is a small spoon rest (not the bigger stove top kind) that I can put beside the coffee maker for my coffee spoon after i stir it. Tea towels are ok as long as they are the thicker type, like hand towel thickness. I dont like the thin cotton ones or the microfiber ones.
I dont really have a certain colour in my kitchen but usually tend to stick with the darker colours when buying new towels and dish cloths.
Fav Christmas design- I LOVE snowmen!!!! They are everywhere in my house at Christmas time! I collect the Hallmark Jingle Pals and have I think 5 of the last 6 years or so! These are the type here: http://www.ebay.com/sch/Hallmark-/57...le+Pals&_rdc=1
These are the type of snowmen i like. Not the homemade type unless the bigger wodden pieces as someone posted a while ago (sorry just not into that type of thing. I think they look cheesy, no offence if anyone is into making that type of thing, its just not for me and my likings) Very specific as to the types so that everything matches! I also love these types to throw in the mix:

yes to candles, no to wax warmer. Love christmassy (except cinnamon) smell. Or clean laundry. But for the holidays I would love a holiday-ish scent
I love the febreeze candles and glade. I don't like the dollar store or ikea ones .. Everything other than glade or febreeze i find doesn't scent the room as much.
love homemade and knitted --> I love huge wool scarves, or hats like this :

DD could always use a neckwarmer (she's not allowed scarves at daycare) and a cute hat.
I love snowflakes and snowmen. Elves. Santa. But I think snowflakes I could keep out longer
. I do need tea towels as I am severely lacking lol. A nice sugar tin, like the ones with the little metal clip. My kitchen has either colourful or vintage items. I'm also a huge fan of paris. It sounds mismatched but it actually works
No to the deer jerky.

SO HAPPY !!!!! Just received the freezer DF got for me. I been busting his b*lls about getting one so I could freeze good deals (MEAT especially) and start cooking up pre-made meals in January for when baby comes.
However .. I think I just witnessed the rudest Brick delivery people ever
. They were like a whirlwind.. they came in dropped the thing (in a kind of walkin pantry I have..) and he put it a certain way and i'm like i'm not sure i'll leave it that way to which he replies : Well it's more practical this way you don't need to go to the water tank behind it!
it a very brisk tone.. Then he yelled to the poor youngster who was with him to run to the truck cause were in an apartment building.
.. It may be an apartment building.. but in a very expensive side of town.. you can breathe lol !
The youngster was super nice and was attempting to entertain DD until the older one yelled at him ..
oh well.. i have my freezer lol .
This was my morning's adventure..

I will never buy from the Brick again after what happened when we got our delivery. Half of our furniture was damaged well being delivered. As well they dropped a head board and took a chunk out of our floor which we still have because we were told there was no proof they did it even though the chunk missing from the headboard and the chunk missing from the floor match. Than when they came to fix and look at what was damaged the guy was extremely rude and pretty much blamed us for everything that was wrong.
Than when they delivered the back ordered furniture the guy delivering keep hitting on me (I know I should be flattered) but he was just creepy and would not take no for an answer even at one point telling me if I agreed to go out with him he would move just to take me out and keep looking at my address on the packing slip like he was memorizing it. All and all it creeped me out.

Just back from the Pet Expo. It was pretty fun, we got a few samples of food & treats for all the pets, and Jackson got his face painted. Then we had a pee accident in the bathroom (he needs to learn how to point that thing!) and so didn't stay much after that. He was fascinated by the dock dogs who were pretty cool. I didn't get to see as much as I would have liked, and had to buy him a muffin and juice for $5!! but it was fun and a nice morning out. He fell asleep on the way home so got about a 10 minute nap lol.
Sorry buddy, didn't see anything for you there, though the pug rescue was there and they had some cuties. There were some gorgeous cats and dogs, walking around and on display. I would have liked to look at the stuff for sale a little closer, and see the kittens. Oh well! Next year will hopefully be even more fun. And it was getting a bit crowded for me at the end.
