Not judgmental at all. Just seems he has had little regard for the things around him that matter the most, like health, respect, and the people who rely on him. Hopefully this will be a bit of a wakeup call that gets him back on track. I didn't speak any ill will.

TORONTO - The sister of Mayor Rob Ford admitted to police and she and Rob were smoking crack in her basement in the infamous second crack video in April this year, police documents indicated today.
Justice Ian Nordheimer released the Information to Obtain search warrants that contained the contents of Kathy Ford’s two interviews earlier this year with Toronto Police detectives.
In the interview, Kathy Ford said she, her brother, accused drug dealer Alexander “Sandro” Lisi and Michael “Jugga” James were in her basement on April 26 when James surreptitiously recorded her and Rob smoking the crack that James supplied to them. Kathy Ford said she knew that it was James making the video.

Toronto mayoral candidate Doug Ford continued his offensive against rival John Tory a day after the two clashed in a mayoral debate, calling him “out of touch” and saying he doesn’t “understand the job of mayor.”

“I want to help John out so I’m willing to take him down to city hall and show him how we get things done. In fact, folks, I’m designating September 26 as ‘Take John to Work Day,’” pulling out a placard with the date on it.
Tory’s campaign co-chair Bob Richardson was quick to post a comeback on Twitter, calling election day ‘take out the trash day.’

Actually, the Ford campaign chair's reply shows how little they know about it, they didn't even know what time people could vote

I like Tory but I do feel that he is just trying to get into political office, he tried as leader of the Ontario PCs and that didn't work out so now he wants to be mayor, He has some great ideas but just like getting someone to step down so he can run in a riding he has barely been to before the election, there seems to be something missing

With the moderator helpless to control the shrieking crowd, Mr. Ford himself in fine braying form, it can’t have been a particularly pleasant evening for either Mr. Tory or Ms. Chow, yet both stayed to the bitter end, Ms. Chow even having to endure a man in the second row who shouted at her to “Go back to China!”
