Nooooooooo Adam is leaving Y & R his ladt day is thurs last episode airs Jan 30 no word on a replacement this eould be soooooo terrible for Chelsea and my need to see them together and happy. The truth always comes out wAaaaaaaaa

Oh Anna I am so sadden by this....
That is not good for y&r...they will loose a lot of viewers.
She has also let go of Kyle.
So tomorrow Micheal and Billy leave y&r together.
The sad thing is they did it the week before Christmas.
This man has 3 small children and a wife..not nice, and what was worse was that at the same hour when she was telling him on Monday that he was fired, his Aunt was been told that she has breast cancer.
Wow... Merry Christmas to you and your family Micheal...I know you're an upstanding and classy guy and always see try to see the good in all the bad.
Today is his daughter 6th birthday too.

No, there is no new actress to replace Phylis (at least not yet) the door is open for a recast, but I don't see that happening anytime soon.

JP is Jill Farren Phelps she is the Executive Producer of Y&R as of October last year.
She is the one who fired Adam on Monday evening,
She is also the one responsible for bringing the following actors to Y&R in the last year: Steve Burton,- (Dylan, who is from GH) Mark Pinter,- (Marcus Wheeler, who is from GH plus other shows they did together) Ignacio Serricchio,- (Det. Alex Chavez who is from GH) Robert Adamson, - (Noah Newman) Hunter King, (Summer) Erin Chambers,- (Melanie Daniels, who is from GH) Melissa Ordway, (Abby Newman) and Cynthia Watros, (Kelly who is from GL, AW).
Most of these people are actors for whom she was their Executive Producer, and has brought to Y&R in the last year.
