Mine got wiped out too! I emailed them, I had over 9000 and now I have 1592! what happened I wonder. I didnt get an email about anything. Good thing I checked.

Mine and my bf's accounts got wiped out too. Sooo not impressed. We didn't even get warning emails. I sent Icoke a really strongly worded email. When a company isn't happy with how their coupons are being used, they just discontinue it. They don't track everyone down and make them pay. This should be the same way. Icoke stopped the survey. They didn't need to take everyone's points too.

I've still got 19,000, but I had a few thousand more. I've only got 1 account in my household. We considered starting a second one for my husband, but after reading the rules, decided not to, so we've only got one account at our address. I didn't get an email from them ahead of time either.

I guess what I don't understand about coke being mad is, it's not like we are abusing coupons ... we aren't taking an entire tearpad and buying eveything with overages or anything! Their product HAS to be bought for us to get those codes, even if we get them from recycling or whatever, they were paid for the product!
