I did get the points but I had to go to customer service for them...was a bit of a pain in the ass, but I knew that I was right. Got 'em. Not sure of the shelf life...Ill keep 10 bags (wont last more than a month in my house), give 5 bags to my single mom neighbour, 5 to my mom and 10 went into the food bank bin already!

I think correction notices are going up in the stores as its a misprint. You got lucky to get the deal before this happened. Great job!!

I called the RCSS this morning and spoke with a grocery manager, asking him if there was stock. Told him that I was driving 45mins and wanted to make sure they had the cookies and chips there...he asked how many, I told him probably 40-50 bags. I made sure he checked that they were the ones with 2,500 pts. He said yes, come see him when I get there. So I drive 45 mins. Got there, flyer in hand says 2,500 pts...typed up sign in front of cookies say Error:200 pts only! And another sign, colour graphics showing THREE hundred points. So one product, three different points values. I go get the guy, he makes a couple phone calls and BAM, he "allows" me to get only 30 bags. Fine, I agree, Im not gonna push.So I had to go to customer service where they loyaltied me the extra points! Pain in the butt, but you do what you gotta do for free cookies! LOL

Ive been hearing that stores ARE honouring the flyer IF you go to customer service. Worth a try if you are in the area!!

l just called the customer hotline and they credited me with all my points for the crackers and cookies. Customer service in store would not do it but over the phone they would. So l have lots of points again. l am just waiting for the west to get the free soup like the east did last week

Did you know that the coupon zone at RCSS has a $1 wub2 coupon for pepperidge farms cookies and crackers? I grabbed a few on my way in thinking of t he moneymaker I was about to get...sadly there was the sign for error and only 200 pts. Was totally bummed! I am glad you got the free cookies!
