I bought 2 x 250ml of whipping cream, the shelf said 95c and when I paid they had scanned in at the usual $1.89 each. So SCOP I got one free and one for 95c.

Source yogurt 16 pack usually $7.67, on for $4.97 but they had nice pink 50% off stickers so cost $2.48 a pack.

Eggnog usually $2.49, being sold off for 94c each, another nice 50% sticker so cost 47c.

Got the following extra points from my offers this week:
NN kidney beans 200 pts per can
PC Pop 200 pts per bottle
PC instant oatmeal 400 pts per box
PC rising crust pizza 1000 pts per pizza
NN pasta sauce 300 pts per tin
NN basmati rice 1400 points per bag
NN chocolate dipped granola bars 300 pts per box

The extra points this week were good as they are all things that we usually buy!

It is the first week where about half the deals I was offered actually matched things I would buy.

I'm a newbie with PC plus. I got 200 points for buying carrots and paid with cash - but 200 points is only .20, right? I'll be forever adding up points at this rate! What am I missing?

You need to shop there more and use the card everytime you shop. It bases your offers on your previous purchases, so until you have a few more transactions against your card, it is just guessing what you might like.
