So it has been a full work/school week since the holidays...
...and hopefully you've gotten back into the swing of things with your routines, whatever they may be.
How long does it usually take for you to get back into your regular routine?

The first day or two are usually hectic. After that I am pretty good.
I find that the best way to get back into things for me is to schedule it.
If I have nothing to do, I get bored and get lazy or into trouble.
I also use scheduling as motivation. I have been going to the gym all week because I have committed the time to it and that is getting things going.Love like crazy everyday and smile.

This was quite the week to go back to school. Monday we had an ice storm and I was hoping for a "snow day" but that never happens here. Not quite sure how many feet we have to get to shut down the school lol.
I really didn't have much time to think about it since I was running around getting all those great target deals lol.
We are right back into it though. Next week my son has only 2 days of school, examsthen a full week then another week of exams but only on 2 days cripes he just had 2 weeks off

meh??
I have no schedule now.
no not really, I still have to drive students to classes and make sure DH does not starve, and care for the fur babies, but life is slower starting off this January.

It was only slightly rough this year to get back into the swing of things. Up until getting sick I had stuck to sort of my normal "weekend" schedule stayed up a little later, slept a little later but nothing drastic.
I seem to get right back into the swing of things but did notice I was super tired on Wednesday, did not get to get up and was in bed quite early. But hey that happens without getting time off.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

No particular scheduling here, either, but I am back on my diet and sticking to it since Jan 1. That's about it.

Holy crap Dan! You had me thinking I lost a day. lol. It's Friday Jan 10th right???
Not long at all, although I always try to stay close to our normal routine (easier to keep the kids on the same schedule).

I get back into the swing of things with 2 things. First(and most importantly) COFFEE! and secondly is a OCD calendar. By January 1st I already have my old school calendar (the free ones some companies still give out
) colour coded with things like pay days, car payments, anniversaries and even cleaning and laundry schedules.
That and the fact that I spend January 1 doing a full clean. I know I'm crazy!
