Today I was buying 2 beef kebabs at the meat counter. The butcher asked if we'd had these before. I said "No" and he said "I'll put in a third one as a taster for you". He charged me for only two kebabs. This was totally unnecessary, as I was already buying kebabs, but I certainly appreciated his RAOK. He could teach the staff that I recently dealt with at Rexall and Dollarama something about customer service.
