well i live in gatineau, quebec (quebec side of the ontario/quebec border) and every single store i have ever been to has that policy in bright red and black on every cash. people take it very seriously around here but you will always find people and cashiers that give you a hard time about it wherever you go, just stick to your guns you know you're right!

The only time SCOP doesn't work is when an item is scanned higher than the ticketed price.
So if the sticker price stuck on an item is $1 and it scans at $2 at the cash, you don't get it for free, you pay $1 and any applicable tax.
SCOP only works if there is a shelf sale price and there is no sticker price on the item and scans higher at the cash.

Is the Kung Pao Chicken found in the frozen food section? I love spicy food. I had this in a restaurant in Oakland, CA long time ago and I couldn't finish it because it was too spicy hot.

I'm loving this thread and all of the clearance at Target lately! I'm already stocking up on toys for birthdays and Christmas already. I shop at the Niagara Falls location.
I picked up the Imaginext City Center on clearance for $30, normally $60.

I also picked up these Imaginext City guys. I bought 2 for $3.49 each and then picked up a 3rd today, still marked at $3.49, and it rang up at $2.10. I think they're normally $7-$8.
I love the toddler tableware I've found lately. The cups ring up $1.0x (can't remember the exact), even if they're marked higher. The bowl was $0.4x and I think the plate rang up less than the $1.74 sticker too. The plate and bowl have a rubber ring on the bottom. I'm saving this set for my nephew's 3rd birthday. They also have robot puzzle cups (three rings can be turned to line up and make robots), clear regular cups with gears and box sets that include a plate, bowl and cup for $4.xx. Robots are the boys theme that's on clearance and the girls line is birds, flowers and peace signs. I bought some of these cups for my own kids and told them they were for water only. Getting them to drink water has never been easier!
I saw this Hot Wheels T-Rex Takedown toy today. It was $15 the last time I was in and today it was further reduced to $9. It's on clearance for $30 at Walmart right now. I really should have picked one up to save as a gift...

is weird, the bed all went back to regular price here. I brought one last week for $30(the princess one), realize they went down in price so yesterday I went get the difference since the price is now $17.99, so I decide to go back and pick up one more as a present, when I got the cash, they scanned at $69.99?? I told the cashier I just for one of these last week for $30, he checked all over for a clearance sticker but there was none, so I have to leave it. So clearance item will go back to reg price after sometime?

I got a 2 pack of large Ziploc containers on clearance for $2.14 and used a coupon for $2 off I think I had a $1 Target coupon too that expired today, but it wasn't with me at the time. Oh well, 42 cents for two containers is still pretty great to me most of them had a $3 sticker on them but I found one with a $2.14 sticker. I didn't scan the other ones to see the price but as they were the same containers and would have the same barcode, I'm sure they would be the same price!
