Roman Dosiak passed away in Mechnikov Hospital, Dnipro on May 22, 2019. He was critically wounded in the head during combat in the village of Krymske, Luhansk Oblast on May 18, 2019. The medical team fought 5 days to save him…Roman was born in Lishchyny, Lviv Oblast on November 24, 1970; lived in Lviv. Oleksandr Rybchynsky, nom de guerre “Petrovych”, was laid to rest in Khmelnytsky Cemetery on May 18, 2019. Oleksandr died of a second stroke in a military hospital on May 16. He suffered a first stroke during heavy enemy shelling near Vodyane, Donetsk Oblast in 2015. Oleksandr was from Khmelnytsky. This morning, eight servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine headed off course when driving in a truck in the area of Novotroitske village, Donetsk Oblast, and were taken captive by invaders near the occupied village of Olenivka.

Oleksandr Puzykov was killed near Horlivka, Donetsk Oblast on May 24, 2019.

Oleksandr was born in Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. A professional soldier, Oleksandr served in the Ukrainian contingent stationed in Kosovo in 2008-2009, and worked in the State Emergency Services in Dnipro as of 2013. He returned to the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and served in the 24th Separate Assault Battalion Aidar.

Paratrooper Vadym Zabava died in the war zone on June 3, 2019.

Vadym was born in Huliaypole, Zaporizhzhya Oblast on August 11, 1972. He was mobilized and then enlisted in 2015 and served as senior sergeant in the 80th Separate Air Assault Brigade.

Vadym leaves behind his grieving mother, wife, daughter, son (also a paratrooper), and brother (also in the Armed Forces of Ukraine).

Ihor Prozapas, nom de guerre "Quixote", died of heart failure while jogging on June 2, 2019.

Ihor was born on December 19, 1980 in Zaporizhzhya. A participant of the Revolution of Dignity, he and his comrades halted pro-Russian insurgents in Zaporizhzhya on April 13, 2014.

He went to war in 2014 and served as senior lieutenant, deputy commander of a special-purpose division Azov. One of the heroes of the Radio Liberty film SICH. Ihor was one of the officers who implemented NATO standards in the Azov regiment. From 2018 he worked at the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Ihor leaves behind his grieving parents and brother, a war veteran and reserve officer.

Oleksandr Lyn and Eduard Lazariev were killed on June 4, 2019 when their vehicle was hit by an anti-tank missile near Novoselivka Druha, Donetsk Oblast.

Oleksandr was born in 1970; lived in Kryvy Rih, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. He served as senior gunner in the 17th Separate Tank Brigade. He leaves behind his grieving wife.

Eduard was born on August 4, 1970 in Brody, Lviv Oblast. He served as driver and electrician in the 17th Separate Tank Brigade. He leaves behind his grieving parents, wife and daughter.

22-year-old Vladyslav Berezhny was killed by a sniper bullet near Zolote, Luhansk Oblast on June 5, 2019.

Vladyslav was born on June 11, 1996 in Svatove, Luhansk Oblast. Vladyslav was mobilized on 05.01.2015 (just 18 years old), and then enlisted in 2017. He fought at Zaitseve and Svitlodarsk Bulge. He served as commander of a military vehicle in the 54th Separate Mechanized Brigade.

Vladyslav leaves behind his grieving parents, wife and 2 young children (daughter and son).

43-year-old Pavlo Tykhonov, nom de guerre “151”, was killed in the war zone on June 17, 2019.

Pavlo was from Kropyvnytsky, Kirovohrad Oblast. He served as reconnaissance commander in the 42nd Battalion of the 57th Separate Motorized Infantry Brigade. He was seriously wounded and suffered a concussion in 2017.

Pavlo leaves behind his grieving parents, wife, son and daughter (also serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine).
