Shoppers Personalized coupons - sucking lately?

I've got a question for everyone on here.

This week I had coupons for 20x WUB Coke (6 pack) and 20x WUB any cookies. They did not say the points would be added at a later date.
I bought 4 Coke at $1.97 and 4 Mrs. Field's Cookies at $1.77 - coupons show up on the receipt as having gone through, but no extra points.
Are these points also added on the 14th of the following month, or should I call?

same here. I used the pop one, it didnt show. Last week used 20 times Royal, it didnt show either! If you got an answer from HO, please share Thanks!

Call. Mine (for milk) showed up right away.

is it 20 times? I got 600bp when purchase milk, that showed up right away. Just not the 20 times ones...

I called and it wasnt pleasant. He said it should show on receipt Or it means it didnt work; and there is nothing he can help. After reasoning with him, he was willing to grant me the Bp, but stressed this is just one time courtesy and wont help me next time. I said, you know what, If SDM's system worked correctly, I wouldnt even need to call the HO.

Seems the 20 times ones wont work for me.... could it be store specific? trouble....

Hmm according to this thread you are not the only one. It be alot easier if everyone incl. C/S staff knew more about these coupons i have a feeling the 20x type must be added later. But if thats the case it should be noted on the coupon.

thanks Anna. Some member said theirs worked instantly, but i cant tell if it was the 20 times ones... Let me know plz if you happen to use a 20 times personalized coupon and see the points instantly.. or not!

I have 20x on royale tissue i plan on testing it out tomorrow ill let you know
I also want to see how many it works on they are 69c so it srrms silly gor it to be vslid on one box.

They cost $1.99 so I'm not sure how that's 20x the points (I think it should be 200?) unless the base points get subtracted from that. I also wondered if I bought two packages if I would get the points for both as it's a 20x not a x amount

So $1 is 10 pts x 20 = 200
$2 would be 400

I bought many other things but only the one package of cookies for 20x. I do think I should have got my base points plus 200 (10 x 20) but am not going to make a big deal over 10 points. I had a huge issue with that transaction though, as I bought items that were shown in the flyer as having bonus points and none of those points showed up. I went back into the store for some of them which I had noticed, then had to email for more of them as I noticed after I got home that I was still missing points. It was the strangest transaction I've ever had with Optimum, but the majority of the points ended up in my account so I'm happy.

I bought 3.99 royal tissue, when I called yesterday I was given 570bp because he said the base points need to be taken out. It makes sense, as I've got the base points on my receipt when purchase...

ok so these 20x coupons don't work and they need to be added manually or they are added at a later date?

I would really hate to have to call every time a use a multiplying coupon

Why doesn't your store accept coupons for Armstrong cheese? They accept coupons for other products but not that one? Seems odd. And unfair.

Yep, that's right, that means you got 20x the points. The first 10 points are regular points and show up in that part of the breakdown of points, and then the 190 points (or 19x the points) are the bonus ones, and show up in the bonus part of the breakdown. 20x the points means regular points, plus a bonux 19x the points.

So your 20x the bonus points showed up right away.

Though these coupons say 'valid on any', they are valid only on certain types. This week I got $2.50 off any Softsoap liquid soap coupon, but it worked only on the aloe kind, not on the other scents. So if you don't see the points or discount right away that must be the reason.
