Chelsea Handler's talk show is over, the last show was great.
I haven't seen too much of her show lately, but I do like her irreverent humour.

What was FAB from the show was the song finale, a We Are The World parody - couldn't find a video to embed, but it's on this link. It's amazing to see who was on stage, all matter of stars - not just those singing.

Wow!! Natalka thanks for posting that! I knew she was leaving ( or moving on as the chorus said ) but what a superb crowd that joined her on stage!! I will have to watch that taped final show at some point. I heard Ellen had walked into her nude shower seen!! lol

I half watched/listened to the Emmys yesterday morning while I was on the puter.
Not a great host at all - seemed like a very bad and long episode of SNL's weekend update.

The big brouhaha about Sofia Vergaro and her being on the revolving platform when the admin stuff was being talked about - c'mon people, it wasn't sexist, it was funny. She's an actor, and went along with it - it was cute.

Watching the show made me realize how many tv shows and mini-series I have not seen - mostly because we don't get those channels or have Netflix. Mind you, I do watch some of them online, like Orange is the new Black.

WOB - about Chelsea's show, yep it was funny when Ellen walked in on Chelsea naked in the shower (they blurred the bits and pieces). Also funny was the 'intervention' done by Jennifer Aniston and Sandy Bullock and another woman...

Any more than gryphon gets to say what's offensive to all jews or danger-dan says is offensive to all men..

just because you don't have a problem doesn't mean you get to exclude those who do...

yikes Darth! When I read Natalka's post I did not feel she was speaking for me.
When I watched that Sofia Vergara bit, I laughed ( she worked her charms adorably up there ) but then afterwards when I read about how it was offensive, sorry I just did not feel it was.

I hate to say it but the more you go "under" the more dangerous it becomes. I know that too many operations did a lot of damage to my mom's brain and with each surgery it got much much worse. I hope Joan did not suffer any brain damage. I heard from one source, can't remember, that the clinic did not know how to perform CPR? Did anyone else hear this and that may be why she now may have brain damage if she recovers.
