I usually only buy green giant and europes best veggies becuase of the quality. I was really dissapointed when my kids (both of them) complained about tough to chew stuff in thier food and after trying to figure out what they are (since they were stewed in a tomato base) I realized it was the stems of the green beans
I called GG to complain and the girl was kind enough to offer an FPC which I gladly accepted I honestly expected some $$$ off coupons for the quality issue when I called and didnt expect them to replace the item . I got my coupon in the mail and they sent me 2xfpc and 2 x$1 any GM product.
I was so impressed with thier effort to make it right. twice over!
Tiny efforts keep me happy with a company. I have stopped using products I love because of bad customer service.
way to go green giant! This thread is currently associated with: Europe's BestA little goes a long way!

That is great. We love Green Giant Valley selections but I do occasionally find a bean stock in the bag. I am glad they made it right for you

It's one thing if there's a problem, but if the company tries to make it right, they get points. Thumbs up to Green Giant!
I am bothered by the name 'Europe's Best' though, it's misleading. I know the spinach at least has a label that says it's from China! That's not part of Europe on my globe, much less the 'best' part!

so I used the coupons yesterday. I got 2 bags of gg veggies and used the 1.00 off coupons on old el paso kits. I bought one, clipped the coupon inside (for free cheese) bought the second one for 2.99 after coupon and got free shredded cheese. So worked out to 7.00 + tax and I walked out with 2 taco kits 2 bags of frozen veggies and a large bag of shredded cheese. (coupon lets you get the big bag with a 6.00 discount)
A little goes a long way!

Ever since they downsized their frozen veggies from one full kg to 750 grams, I've switched to the big bags at Costco.
