    ​I am holding my own with this damn Cancer. I'm very tired of it, but I am very fortunate that I am still giving *it* a run for *its* money. The frequency of my visits into downtown T.O. are part of the protocol for the drug study (clinical trial), every 2 weeks seems like a lot sometimes. I just wish my mobility was better. I deal with pain from time to time, but there are people who are so much worse off than I am.

    So Cycle 10 of my treatment has begun. I hope that I can get through this without too many side effects.

    It has been 10 weeks of this Loocie? That is some stamina you have! No matter what you endure I always hear you say there are others worse off than you. That is probably the most incredible quality one could hope to possess. Have I told you lately that I LOVE you?!! I'll let Van sing it to you instead of Rod!! ha ha

    The way this treatment works is 3 weeks on the drug & then 1 week off. It has been closer to 8-9 months. I spend most of yesterday in bed. Feeling better today - at least so far I am. I few sips of tea to start me off & hopefully an Ok kind of day awaits me.
