Snap saves love/ hate. When I left the house this morning at 9:45 I had the garnier $1 offer and folders coffee $1.50 and deep woods off showing. So I went out and finally bought folders coffee x2 at Rexall and used my $1 coupons. Get home at noon open up snap to scan receipt. Garnier offer still there, off offer still there folders coffee mysteriously gone ugh filters offer has been around for at least 3 weeks now gone. So logout go back in folders till gone, garnier says used and off is sold out. Come back at 1:30 in hopes folders will be back...nope, but now off is available again. Snap you are making me mental!!, never any indication that folders was running out of time, or close to being sold out just gone!

Did anyone else claim the offer for 5 Starbucks Stars wub2 kcups? It turns out those Star Codes can only be used by Starbucks account users in the Unites States. There are not valid for Canadian users. I have emailed them, just waiting for a response.

Suggesting that you speak with them that you say this is DECEPTIVE and MISLEADING (makes no difference if error or not) and that you EXPECT them to honor the offer you were given on your account offers.

i know how you feel. I wish they have an option for you to take picture and upload your receipt using your smartphone like CO51. Then I'd do upload my reciept as soon as i get into my car.

They do have that option. You just have to download the app on your phone like CO51

Same result on both .ca and .com sites so it must be tied to your address on file. The error you get is "Oops! Star Codes can only be entered by My Starbucks Rewards members in the United States."
