    i recently went to royale's website. I was complaining because I had bought their new "velour" TP. every role had the same issue..lots of TP dust, and the last 3 or so feet tapered and got smaller and smaller. Not at all what Im used to with their product. I never heard anything so I figured they were just another corporate giant who didn't give a hoot. Then I got a letter from a company I didnt recognize. Postmarked Texas. The letter thanked me for my feedback and said they would pass along my comments to their quality control team. And they gave me 5....count em 5 $3 off coupons from Royale...and best part, says right on the coupon, "No Expiry date"! Woot Woot!!

    awesome i totally agree. i recently emailed two different companies here. both were able to resolve their issue with me.
    my mom uses puffs i think as they dont' have the 'dust' issue. i personally love royale.

    I've complained two different times to Royale about their tissues and fuzzies - got a curt reply saying, no, they didn't have fuzzies.... and that was it.

    Yes, I had a problem with Royale TP also and after sending them a picture they sent me some coupons. Took awhile emailing back and forth but in the end it was nice when some coupons came in the mail
