April 15 and I woke up to a BLIZZARD!!!



I think this may actually be the final straw that pushes me out of Canada. I am tired of winter and have been for the last 30 years.

I was also shocked when I opened up the front door to walk the dogs, they of course were thrilled and were walking all crazy and jumpy, smiling and silly. I really laughed the whole walk, I am shocked....I think once up in Bancroft one year we had snow on Mother's Day in May!!

Yes OP, the weather is getting rather irritating. They said on Sunday we would have snow by Monday, yesterday was almost 20c. I thought the weather man was pulling a fast one. SMH

PS... I need to go to the grocery store, but I packed my winter boots like 2 weeks ago lol. Was wearing flip flops yesterday -__-

At least I have the plastic kids' shovel nearby-the others got put away during spring cleanup on the weekend.

Should the GTA be readying hovercraft/boats in case Hwy 427 gets smacked with heavy rain later this year? Think #2013 #waterways.

About highway 427, there is an extra long tractor trailer, and you guessed it, accident. Should be clear by noon, last I heard.
