18.5k wus $75 on anything for Wednesday, both cards.

I got a personal offer (spend $30 and get 8000 pts, on July 03).

I used dollars off coupons plus a $10 senior Vouch from Thursady to bring down the total (less than $30). My base pts is 330, which means I spent $33 before coupons, But I did not get the 8000pts.

Today I called shoppers, Mr. Djibril told me, I must spend over $30 after coupons, he did not gave me the 8000 pts.

What should I do? return them? or call again?

I have no idea what went wrong with your purchase (too many possibilities) but just wanted to mention it could be your voucher that caused the problem. In the past (predigital), using the shoppers promo cards with points promos didn't usually work. For example, you usually needed to spend $60 to use a $10 promo giftcard on a 20x wus $50 day, not $50, but you would get 20x on the $60 though. Lots of optimum members would avoid giftcard promos for this reason as you couldn't combine them and/or they weren't reliable. I however have no experience with senior's discounts.

Cashier said they ran out of promo card and it's while quantities last. I haven't check the flyer for the term yet but still think I should get a $10 equivalent since they didn't let the customers know that they ran out. After I paid and asked why I didn't get a GC, that's when they told me. Also no written notice at cash or store front about that either. I hate that store.


From now on before I pay I should ask if there's anymore GC before paying.

Yes, it's while quantities last, I've learned to ask if I shop at the end of the promo. A few months ago my store ran out on a Sunday night (2 hours before the end of the promo), cashier ran to pharmacy and found one last one for me. However, it doesn't hurt to ask for compensation.

Yeah I would never count on a voucher. I would either use it separately or above and beyond the threshold. I had a $10 off pc organics baby "gc" and I spent well beyond what I had to anyways, but I'm fairly sure that did not count.

For the last 3 weeks both my card and DH's card have not received the M.W.F. offers.
We both do get the week long offers though.
Both our cards have close too 400K points so maybe they think we have enough points. I transferred nearly all my points to DH's card today so I will see if that helps.

I haven't since the get 30k points back offer a couple weeks ago. But I did notice that when redeeming the system now notes the after redemption total. So previous redemptions showed the 170+ total now they only show the amount after redemption. So mine was $6 after the 170 off a couple weeks back.
