Have been watching the sunscreen clearances for a bit (going away in January....yah!) but in my local SDM, no impressive deals until this week. Ombrelle SPF 30 120ml size... first sticker says reg $19.99 on sale for $14.99. Then second sticker says reg $17.99 on sale for $5.99 and then voila ... a $5 off manager's sticker. Sunscreen for $.99! Expiry date Feb 2016.

I found lots of good clearance electronics/Nintendo deals at the Hog's Back Plaza Shoppers in Ottawa today:

-Wii U Pro controller 29.99 (regularly sells for $54.99 ay Best Buy)
-Wii Remote Plus, Mario Red 24.99 (normally around $45)
    -Amiibos 9.99 each (normally $15)
-Duracell Battery Charger with 4 batteries $11.99 (typically sells for $30-40)

I redeemed 50k points and the out of pocket total after tax was just over $14. Not a bonus redemption day, but the clearance prices more than made up for it.

If it is the Garnier Ombrelle, there is a $2 cashback offer for it on Zweet as well

Clearance at the one Shoppers downtown area in Toronto of a bunch of Wii and Nintendo DS accessories.

Grabbed my young nephew the Wii Nerf Racing wheel, Wii his go to right now, and a Luigi Mega 12 Game case, and 2 packs of 3 Multi Stylus Packs for his Nintendo DS which he still uses on their long haul family trips. I am sure it is the same type of Stylus that works with some Samsung products. All were a $1 each.

Off the topic a bit..I was at Sears and a women was buying a winter coat over$200.00, the cashier says if you pay with a Sears card you will save $30.00.. The husband says, I have a Sears card, but I don't want to use credit cards anymore!! He says, I'll pay cash, not being able to help myself I say why don't you pay with the credit card and pay the bill off right away, he looked at me weird and asked tha cashier if he could do that!! So, that's what they did, they thanked me and left. I'm always amazed at how little people know about saving, coupons, deals etc!!

I got two large sized pumpkins with lights for $2 each. The other SDM were selling them marked down to $11.99 from $19.99.
