@Ladybug2011 ... I have found that when that happens I simply refresh the page and it seems to get out of that state and my edit is preserved. Worth a try?

I'm having trouble with login, I can login and then when I click to a second page I'm logged-out?? please help..and then 2nd and 3rd login doesn't work..and then if I wait 10-15 minutes I can login for one or 2 clicks and then booted out again

..having the same problem on my phone & laptop since yesterday

every time i post i have to confirm that 'i want to leave the page'.

whenever i insert an image it appears twice, once as an attachment. i have to go in an 'manage attachments' to get rid of one.

I'm having trouble with this as well (thread counting with pictures) and can only sporadically update my trade list..it just goes blank or spins and F5 or refresh doesn't help

Uh, it's just not been 'easy' posting on SC - why are these issues not being addressed?

There are so many of us who have tried different things on our ends - changing browsers, etc. - that it's obviously an SC issue, not ours.

I believe there is some conflict that develops between facebook and the SC software.
If you clear cookies, you should be OK to proceed with SC. However if you sign into Facebook again, the problem will return.
Having to clear cookies is a pain in the butt.
Alternatively I have discovered if I only open SC in an incognito window, it seems to work ok.
Still a bit of a pain, I have not been able to use my phone to sign in for months.

I went to update my tradelist and something horrible has happened. I didn't start entering anything, just clicked on the 'edit post' like I normally do when I want to add some coupons and something weird has happened to the formatting. I have seen it happen before with longer posts, especially when colour is used. It's hard to explain but each time you add a new line with colour, it adds a snippet of code to tell the forum to show it that colour. So to the system your thread is too long.

I think I'm experiencing a the same problem as @redhdlois . This is a newly encountered problem. The HARD RETURN is not being recognized by SC forum's text editor. Early morning, I posted this small note and the hard returns to separate each store's sale is not being recognized. https://forum.smartcanucks.ca/421310...2/#post6776547 Today, I tried to edit the post and insert HARD RETURN, and again, the separation is not being recognized. I stopped fiddling with it so it can be reviewed. These are new problems that started at the beginning of April. NOTE: As I'mpreviewing this text, I'm noticing the HARD RETURN and extra blank spaces are not being recognized and all the text is just merged together, including this extra note. This behavior is very abnormal.

Except the spacing seems fine on shorter posts, which is why I think it may be due to the length of post.
I know we ran into it before with a great week on coupons to use with flyers as we had to manually edit it several times.
Took out the colour / font coding & same thread worked fine.
