can't me just me, but why haven't people's passbooks been checked?
if coming in from a worrisome country, ,,,,

passports get stamped by country usually

Not sure what you mean, Hon, but I think that the passengers arriving from countries where Ebola is most prevalent are even more scrutinized than others. Unfortunately, the absence of a fever is certainly not a guarantee that the person isn't infected. Fevers can be masked with simple over the counter drugs.

sorry i almost always make no sense - but passports are stamped by incoming countries.
so why wouldn't any country know where a person is arriving from?
