Horrible twist on the ice bucket challenge.
An autistic teen is set up for the challenge not knowing that it's not ice water in the bucket.
Drew Carey offered $10,000 reward. Donnie Wahlberg, Montel Williams and Jenny McCarthy have offered to up the reward.

They don't need reward money to find those who did it, so I hope they offer instead to pay for some kind of rewarding experience for the teen.

Wed, Sep 17th, 2014, 09:43 AM #4http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/0...n_5834882.htmlOhio prosecutors have started reviewing evidence to determine if charges should be filed against teens accused of duping a special-needs boy who thought he was participating in the ALS "Ice Bucket Challenge."
Cuyahoga (ky-uh-HOH'-guh) County prosecutors met for several hours on Tuesday with police from the Cleveland suburb of Bay Village, where the teens had dumped a mixture of urine and tobacco on the 15-year-old with autism who thought he was participating in the popular charity challenge.
The (Cleveland) Plain Dealer reports that an attorney for one of the juveniles involved said the group of teens were all friends and had been playing pranks on each other over the summer. He said the boys were not aware the 15-year-old was diagnosed as autistic.
The videotaped incident gained national attention.
Also heard that the celebrities who offered rewards will be donating that money to charities.

5 teens charged
The Cuyahoga County prosecutor’s office filed the charges in juvenile court against the teens, who are between the ages of 14 and 16.
Three of the teens face juvenile charges of delinquency, assault and disorderly conduct while the other two teens were charged with disorderly conduct and will be sent summons to appear in court.

There was a pretty big petition on Change.org about this. . .calling for appropriate punishment. I'm so glad something was done in bringing down the law
