Now that I am not working in Toronto and going to Starbucks more often (the one here is one of the ones where you don't get bonus stars), they are sending me 2-4 offers a week!

I only get like 2 offers a week and the best one I have gotten was a BOGO free. I am not big on the coffee, I like the teas though.

I got invited to two separate star dashes that overlap each other. One is make 3 purchases using the Starbucks app to pay between September 7-21 and earn 5 stars. The other is September 8-21 pay from your card or app make 3 purchases to earn 10 stars or make 5 purchases to earn 15 stars.

i am wondering if I go on Friday and make 5 purchases in separate transactions will I get 15 or 20 bonus stars? (I am going to get 3 cake pops, a frapuccino, and a sandwich... Cake pops are for the kids 1 for ds2 right away, 1 for ds1 for when he's done school, and a 2nd one for ds2 when ds1 is done school. The sandwich and frapuccino is my lunch.)

Cant remember my rewards computation anymore.

Got my 25 extra stars from Starbucks from the prev month purchases. I have 11 stars pending so I got 3 free rewards.

Yes, you need to install the app so you can sign up with them & pay using your phone. They will send you offers multiple times a month. 😊

Can I redeem my free reward for items such as:



The fine print states: "Redeem your reward for any food item, with the exception of whole bakery loaves, trays and multipacks."

Are "trays" the same as these lunch boxes?

I think they are around the same price so you can get it. You can easily ask the cashier as you can easily grab it anyways.

I ended up making 8 purchases over 3 of which were on my phone app. I got an email on the 2nd (even though I was supposed to get it by the 1st) stating I earned 15 stars and they were already added which they were not. I ended up contacting them and eventually had them added to my account by customer service. I was also supposed to get 5 stars and an email yesterday and still haven't gotten them either. I will be contacting them by tomorrow if they haven't been added then.

They wanted me me to delete and reregister my main card to my account. I have erased all but 2 cards from my account and switched my main card to my gold card but Dh has my card in his wallet and I keep forgetting to ask for it back. (He has my card because usually he loads it for me then I pay on my app when I want something.)

Hate it when you have to take the time and effort to contact Starbucks customer service to get a reward or star they promised previously. These things should be done automatically. Plus the extra time to monitor whether Starbucks did what they were supposed to do anyways.
