I'd make the first white layer cream cheese/icing sugar and use cool whip for the second white layer

ya know how sometimes the egg doesn't peel and the white gets stuck to the shell? i wonder if that would still happen with this technique?

Did it work? I am often peeling hot boiled eggs for my egg molds, this looks cool.

yeah not so well lol i dont think i boiled it long enough or cooled it long enough either, im so impatient i will have to try again
there were no instructons in the video persay bt the yolk looked greyish in through the eggwhite so i think they were boiled at least ten minutes then completely cooled, i will try again and let you all know

I cook mine for ten minutes. Bring to a boil, time ten minutes, then rapidly cool them and the yolks don't darken. I eat some form of eggs pretty much every day, and I've been on a hard boiled kick lately because they're ready for me to just grab and eat after a morning workout when I'm starving. Those egg molds I have were originally for my son, but now they're a handy package for a shelled boiled egg!
