    Hi,

Just would like to know if this has happened to anyone. I was trying to use the Aveeno get $5 off and the U by Kotex coupons today at Walmart. However, the cashier has rejected these two coupons. The manager came and told me that, they are no long accepting home printed coupons. They MIGHT accept it if it has the url link printed on it (like how you print out your email, an address will be printed either on the top or bottom of the page). She has also said that because I have cut out the U by Kotex coupon, they can't accept it either. (The reason why I have cut it out its because there's a scissor icon there indicating that I should cut it out).

Does it happens to anyone here?
Just want to share my experience because I was very mad!!

Haven't had this happen to me but ppl are posting some loc don't accept printed at all, some loc only take 1, some loc want url link, etc. Thinks its very much YMMV.

Hi! I had this happen to me once (a walmart near my house absolutely is the worst with printed coupons - especially if they are in black and white they think they are photocopied and not just printed in black and white)- I have the policy on me usually and I argue with them saying that they are able to accept internet coupons, and I have a smartphone so I show them the site I received it on. A girl did tell me once to keep the whole entire page when I use printed coupons because they like to see the URL address (i never do this) but either call ahead of time and confirm or just keep the whole page and tell them to do the cutting of the coupon because they told you otherwise!! But calling is the best option I feel a bunch of different locations have different rules

SAME! at markville mall walmart they are really picky with printable coupons. So whenever i go their i always bring the whole paper. But the bright side is less clipping out the coupon =)

with printables I would just keep the whole paper, or at least make sure that you keep the part with the url. Sorta a pain...but so carrying around thir policies and arguing with managers.

where does it say on their policy printed coupons have to a url? i clip mine and shop at various locations in Ontario w/o any issues. Is the kotex one the one from coupon printer? these printables can be verified by them.

I would be complaining to headoffice...

    Thanks guys. feel alot better~

where can I find the 'policies' you guys are referring to now?
But I do see a paper attached to each cashier kiosk, it says they don't accept print coupons.

for the kotex one, yes its from the coupon printer. But I do not recall any url link printed with it.... so what do I do now?

I also keep printed coupons full page. Always print in color. And, always have a copy of the store coupon policy with you. This should help avoid any issues at checkout time
