Had a Budget of 10.00. What I got Safeway and Walmart

I told my hubby we needed a few things in the flyer and he saidwell okay but can you get everything for under 10.00. I thought oh my gosh that is a tight budget even I think I might not make it.

So Here is what I got at Safeway

6x B1G1F Kraft Peanut Butter 4.99 x 6= 29.94- 3 for free = 14.97

4x Smart One Purina Dog Food .97 x 4= 3.88

1x Purina Kitten Food 6.17

1x Friskies Wet Cat Food .67

1x Purina Cat litter Small Space one 11.68

So I used WUB 3 Kraft Products save 2.00 x 2, 4x 2.50 off dog food, 1x FPC for wet cat food, 1x FPC for cat food, 1x FPC for Cat litter

So my total was after Club Card and Coupons 7.19

So I still had some change left so off I go to walmart. I had a GC left over from awhile ago.

I bought fruit, meat, cheese still on sale and other stuff total was 34.21 my GC was for 33.87 so OOP I paid .35. Still had change left over for a Tim's. Which it was well deserved.

I did the same pb deal at safeway too - almost. Didn't the coupon say "one per purchase?" I had to buy 4, and then get my husband to go through separetly and buy 4 so that we could both use the coupon. How did you manage to buy 6 and use two coupons in one transaction?
