I did post this in the cooking section but I wanted to brag LOL.

My dbf bought me a jumbo muffin pan that makes 6 huge muffins. Its a wilton pan.

We all went apple picking yesterday and picked up some golden delicious for baking.

Looked up a recipe this afternoon and they look pretty good to me. We are stuffed from dinner so they will be dessert later.mmmmmmm

My kids just bugged me to let them eat some. OMG!!!!! They are very moist and soft. And very tasty!!! I am so proud of myself. I have never made homemade muffins before! They were very easy to make.

I didnt add the walnuts, since my kids will want one in their lunch. I didnt put the topping on the muffins. I was cooking to many things and didnt have time.

I did follow the directions otherwise to the T. any questions just ask.
