So I went to sign up finding out I have made an account some time ago. But my location says I am in alabama USA!!! and no option to change it!! The option is there but only USA is there and all US states!! how can I fix this without getting my account locked or unable to mae another account from this ip? (although I am sure this account was not made at this ip addresss)

Yes I believe you do. This will be added on part way through the check out process. So make sure that if you intend to only use gift cards that you have that extra 13% available.

P.S. How does this work on the US site? I have always used the .ca site but have recently join a iRazoo which appears to only give .com gift cards. Would love to know your experiences with the .com site. (It bother me already that I will have to pay shipping!)

I bought a double stroller thru .com and had it shipped to a friends sister who agreed to drive it across the border for me. I saved a ton on tax and shipping!! I've bought a few other smaller things since, but she's moving from MI to SC so I'm losing my connection Very sad about this!

Whenever I go on vacation, I time my amazon.com purchases and have them deliver to my hotel in the US. No problems at 3 different hotels. I just put my name and "hold for guest (dates)" and the hotel address.

I had this problem when I went back to my account a long time after I made it. E-mail them and let them know. They will send you questions to answer in order to prove that it is you. Then they will change it. It took them almost a week before mine got fixed.
