Projects! I was given my great grandparents beautiful antique dining table this winter, it was slightly damaged so I'm looking forward to nice warm weather to get outside and get to refinishing it!

I'm also looking forward to days at the lake

I want to smell new-mown grass, I want my flowers all in bloom, I want to feel the sun on my skin, I want my swing, my glass of wine at that hour of long shadows, I want Jenny asleep on the swing with me, my hubby reading a book with his glass of soda, and I want to, for heaven's sake to once again be able to walk outside without boots, hat, mittens, scarf, and coat!
And I want it all NOW!! {{{stomps foot}}}
Is that really too much to ask?!

I'm moving to Calgary soon, so I am looking forward to hiking again in the spring!!

I am so ready for winter to be over. It's a nightmare here with all the ice. I run every morning and this week it has been very difficult to find a safe place to run. I am very much looking forward to spring, the warmer weather, fresh flowers, and dry concrete for my morning run.

I am looking forward to not being afraid of walking. This last blast of winter it seems nothing is cleared to safely walk from vehicle to insides of places, so I have been staying in as much as possible. Avoid, avoid, avoid...that is my solution. Hurry and melt already!! Oh yeah, and also I have those pesky Christmas lights to take down.

Getting out and walking daily. Sometimes twice. Or thrice! lol When the sun is shining and it's just beautiful and bright and I'm having a good day I push myself to walk as much as I can. I love being out and appreciating nature/life.

How's the workday treating you? From what I've read it sounds like you made an excellent career move.

Oh, Tara, I've promised Jennifur she and I will be out walking every single day....soon. For that I would interrupt my patio wine.
