I redeemed for my first $10 Amazon.ca gc on March 15 from Superpoints. I finally received it yesterday.

I just had a 5th referral hit Bronze, so I now get 100 spins a day on the superlucky button. I have two referrals who are somewhat active, which I am happy to see.

Good morning, peeps! (Did any of you have one? lol)

    Congrats Auntie Granger!

Very late start on the computer today because she just wasn't working earlier. Okay now so far...

Really nice visit with our son and a great meal together. He was surprized and laughed when I handed him a big bag of Easter treats for him when he left.... and he says 'Oh, you're such a Mom!' - which he says often...

Not doing a heck of a lot today, I wrenched my left shoulder 'somehow' and it can make the whole arm hurt when I do much.

    Enjoy the Day!

The Easter chocolate is killing me!!! Going to pack it all up and hide it in the cupboard and tell kids where it is so it's not in my eyesight.

Quiet day here today-DD will be flying home from Vancouver this evening and back to school tomorrow. DH is off this week. I have a busy week of work with the little ones starting tomorrow. My doc prescribed a new medicine for me today which he said would cost about $200 per month as it is not covered on my drug plan. I asked at Shoppers and they said it would be $320 for 3 months. Then the Dr gave me a free sample and a card to get another 3 months for free but the card had expired. I called the company and they said it was still good and if the pharmacist had any trouble filling it to have him call them. So he is now filling it and he said total cost to me would be $2.60 for 3 months so well worth the call to the company!

I was waiting for a reimbursement from my insurance company for medications and well I goofed and put my birthday where dh's birthday should have been so they denied the claim (grr) so I now need to photocopy the rejected claim and send a copy along with my new claim form.....It's just so frustrating they know my hubby's birthday....geez.

I am back posting items for sale as they are not needed or don't fit so hopefully I get some nibbles and they sell.

Dinner tonight is frozen pizza and chicken burgers...

my mood the last 5 days has been really low, starting to wonder if it may be the new meds doctor prescribed last month which is 4-6 weeks which fits the timeframe to see if the meds work or cause any side affects, thankfully I have an appointment with that doctor already booked for later this month, however, I do know myself and don't do well with having people around, sadly that even includes my family (my depression is quite different than most peoples who thrive on having people around, I don't).

My eldest niece invited us to dinner next weekend but it will be my parents and brother , sil and other niece and her bf, I told dh that I'm just not up to it as I don't know how my mood will be and it originally was supposed to just be my niece and her bf and us 4 but I guess that snowballed.

WE also rec'd an invitation to my brother's 50th bday party at the end of the month but to be honest I really don't want to go because of my mood and as well some hurt feeling towards my own birthday and my kids don't even get a call from him. It also bothers me that I gave gifts to both his girls from birth to age 16 and my kids only rec'd gifts for 3 years, he has $ so that's not the problem it's just he is all wrapped up in himself.

Needless to say I told my parents about both invitations as they are invited to both events and well they tried to guilt me into going BUT they have no idea how I feel as they don`t walk in my shoes, they have no concept of what it`s like to not want to be around people as they are both social creatures and love to meet new people, etc.

Dh has an appointment with 1 of his specialists tomorrow so hopefully we will have some answers to why he is feeling the way he is with respect to his back, knees, etc.

Sorry for the rant, I feel a little better and thanks for reading

This is the second time at this salon. At home hair dressers, had bad service too.

So my friend and I looked at YouTube videos and just finished my hair. Turned out really well. And YouTube videos have great suggestions on hair care, good products to use, good locations to get products at a good price.

So the savings will continue for the rest of the year.

Are you saying you CUT your own hair???? You BRAVE woman, you! I go to a Hair Dressing School - cost me $28 for colour and cut. I wouldn't trust myself to do EITHER of those things.

What a neat thing! I wish we had the same thing. If I had more energy and I wasn't in my 60's, maybe I'd try to get things organized here.

I am getting a free cut, like some of you my hair is long and rarely sees a professional. My niece is training to be a stylist and needs to cut and style curly hair so I am her practice for Tuesday. She is just going to trim, but she has been cutting her own hair for years so how bad can it be. And if it works out I will have free hair cuts until she graduates. She has already used Logan as a practice and it was just what he wanted. The older son is a prince with his hair so he said not until summer.
