I put this ad up a few hours ago
http://www.kijiji.ca/v-lost-and-foun...ationFlag=true
This little fella snuggled up to my daughter on our front step a couple of days ago. Friendly, friendly kitten. One of our cats - my cat - died last month. He was losing weight we took him to the vet, the vet gave him shots - antibiotics, vitamins and he perked right up. For two days he seemed to be getting better then he crashed hard and fast.
And now this little guy is trying to make this his home. Just have to make sure he isn't lost first. This thread is currently associated with: N/ALast edited by DaveP; Wed, Jul 29th, 2015 at 09:52 PM. Reason: typo, I'm known for them

Hi, Dave!
Oh, he's a cutie!
So sorry to hear about the loss of your cat - I know it's a rough time.
How's your giant dog?

He's adorable! He looks like my cat (who's still adorable) looked when he was a kitten. The vets would just swoon over him when I took him in for shots!

He's settled in fast. He's not skittish at all, loves all the kids. He can't have been born a stray - he'd have a lot more fear of humans and fear of everything. The sad thing is that in this part of the country many people don't spay or neuter their pets. This little guy was probably born into someone's home and they let mommy cat raise him to the point he could almost be on his own. then they let him wander away or maybe even dropped him off a couple of streets away hoping for the best. Sigh.

Awwwww. . . love the bat ears.
If he's a keeper, keep a good eye on him til he's neutered. My male kitten got lost looking for . . .you know what. . . hee hee!
I would've preferred having him neutered a bit later, but had to do it at six months.
