Semi retired now, hopefully in a couple of years retired and living at the cottage full time and some time in the Caribbean in the winter. Florida doesn't appeal to us right now.

In a nutshell, bye bye student loans, do some traveling and then start our family.

In 5 years I hope my house is totally decluttered and ready to downsize. One kid done college. The other starting soon. And a date set for early retirement

Hubby will be 74, I'll be 71, so hopefully we'll have taken care of ourselves enough to still be around; I hope to be walking normally again (jeepers, SOON, I hope!)...continuing to be blessed with the company of our DD and her family and maybe we have one more cruise ahead for us...

Honestly I have no idea. I hope to be working full-time and on my way to another degree. I'm in the process of starting both endeavours.

But much like Candini, if you asked me 5 years ago what I'd be doing now it wouldn't be doing what I am.

Lol...as long as you have plans, Lola, otherwise life is doing what it wants with you, not taking you where you plan on going. Without a set of plans, how would anyone know when they got to where they were supposed to be or untimately should be?
